Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be home for service?
No, you don’t need to be home as long as we can safely access your yard.
We just ask that:
- Gates are unlocked (or we have the code/access info)
- Any dogs that are uncomfortable with visitors are safely secured
- You let us know about any special instructions (locks, alarms, or areas to avoid)
If we ever arrive and can’t safely access the yard, we’ll reach out and work with you to reschedule.
What areas do you serve?
Klassee Me Pet Services proudly serves dog owners in:
- Wheaton
- Glen Ellyn
- Carol Stream
- Winfield
- Warrenville
- West Chicago
- And nearby western suburbs
If you’re close to Wheaton and not sure whether you’re in our service area, reach out and we’ll be happy to confirm.
How often can I schedule cleanup?
We offer:
- Weekly cleanup
- Bi-weekly cleanup
- One-time / initial cleanups
Many families start with a one-time deep cleanup and then move to weekly or bi-weekly visits. We’ll help you choose the schedule that best fits your yard, your dogs, and your lifestyle.
What happens to the waste after cleanup?
After we scoop, waste is bagged and placed in the agreed/designated area.
We’ll confirm your preferred spot during setup (for example, a specific bin, side yard, or other location), so everything is handled neatly and consistently each visit.
Do you clean in bad weather?
We do our best to keep your schedule consistent, even when the weather isn’t perfect.
- Light rain or snow: We typically still service your yard, as long as it’s safe and practical to do so.
- Severe weather: For lightning, dangerous storms, extreme conditions, or when the yard isn’t safely accessible, we may need to delay or reschedule your visit.
If we ever have to adjust your service due to weather, we’ll communicate with you promptly.
Can my dogs be outside during service?
It depends on your dogs and their comfort level.
- If your dogs are friendly and relaxed around visitors, they can often be outside while we work.
- If they are protective, nervous, or unsure about strangers in the yard, we ask that they be brought inside or securely separated during service.
Your dogs’ safety—and everyone’s safety—always come first. We’ll follow your preferences and what feels best for your pets.
Do you offer deodorizing?
We are not offering deodorizing products at launch.
However, we may offer a light hose-down / yard refresh as an add-on when outdoor water access is available, which can help freshen high-traffic areas and hard surfaces.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on a few key factors:
- Number of dogs
- Yard size and layout
- How often you’d like service (weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time)
- Whether it’s an initial/deep cleanup or ongoing maintenance
Once we know a bit about your yard and dogs, we’ll provide a clear, customized quote so you know exactly what to expect with clear pricing before service begins.
Is there a contract?
We keep things simple and flexible.
There are no long-term contracts required for standard residential service. You can adjust your frequency or stop service if your needs change. We’ll review our straightforward policies with you when you get started so everything feels clear and comfortable.
